The heart of the VT 1300CX is its 1,312cc liquid-cooled 52-degree V-twin engine. It features a single-pin crankshaft, dual balancers and a Programmed Fuel Injection system. It produces satisfying performance and the typical V-twin sound. The engine is mated to a five-speed manual gearbox and the power is delivered to the rear wheel via a shaft drive.

The Honda VT1300CX is available only in black colour for the Indian market and has been priced at Rs 1,399,644 (ex-showroom Delhi).
